App Download & Install FAQ

The app runs on Android 6.0 and newer. If your phone is running Lollipop or earlier you'll need to use the mobile browser version instead. Most devices from 2016 onward meet the requirement without issue.

Google Play doesn't host our APK so Android treats it as an outside install. Go to Settings, Security, Unknown Sources and enable it for your browser. This is standard for any app distributed outside the Play Store.

The app checks your location on launch. Access depends on local law in the country you're visiting. If the lobby doesn't open it means the platform isn't available in that region under current regulations.

Android APK installs don't auto-update. We post new versions on the download page and you'll see an in-app prompt when one is ready. iOS users get automatic updates through the App Store if that setting is enabled.

All deposit methods work identically in the app. Tap the wallet icon, select Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost or FPX, enter the amount and confirm through your banking app. The balance updates in real time just like on desktop.
